The Lancashire County Crown Green Bowling Association is one of the earliest and most historic county bowling associations. It covers crown green bowls in an an area from Bolton in the east across to Southport and Ainsdale in the west. It includes the main towns of Wigan and Warrington, as well as Chorley Borough. Northern and much of eastern Lancashire falls within the area covered by North Lancs and Fylde (Preston, Blackburn and Burnley).

The Lancashire CCGBA are members of the British Crown Green Bowling Association (BCGBA), who are the national governing body for the sport of crown green bowls. The BCGBA website can be found here – https://www.bcgba.org.uk/.
