Supporting Inclusion and Disability Bowls Taster Day – 18 July

This course is a great opportunity to understand how you can help people who are starting to struggle to play bowls due to increasing mobility problems and also how to attract a more diverse set of people into the sport. Lancashire Junior Merit

This is a final reminder that we are holding the Lancashire Junior Merit at Bellingham, New Lodge, Wigan, WN1 2ND on Saturday with practice from 3.30pm. The tournament will start at 4pm.

This is a formal competition and uniform should be worn, black trousers or shorts (not leggings, jeans or tracksuit bottoms) white Lancashire Shirt (these will be given out to those who do not already have one or their old one does not fit) and flat shoes or trainers for bowling.

Lancashire Veterans’ Merit

The Lancashire Veterans’ Merit was played at The Rivington Bowling Club on Friday 20th May. Thank you very much to the Club for their hospitality. The title was won by Duncan Watkins, congratulations on your victory!. The finalists and semi finalists are outlined below.
